How long does shipping take ?
Delivery times vary depending on the country. Please refer to the estimated delivery times for your region in the table below:

- Austria (AT): 10-20 working days
- USA, UK, Canada (CA): 7-15 business days

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. After a brief processing period, you will be emailed a tracking number. Please note that it takes 1-3 days to process your orders.
What is included in my order?
Each of our sets includes a step-by-step instruction PDF and all the building blocks necessary to assemble the model.
I didn't get any instructions. What should I do?
Many of our product sets come with digital instruction manuals in PDF format instead of physical copies.
If you didn't receive physical instructions with your order, you can access the digital instructions by scanning the QR code on the packaging.
I haven't received an order confirmation email ?
If you haven't received an order or shipping confirmation email, several reasons could be responsible:
- You might have entered an incorrect email address.
- The confirmation email could be in your spam folder.
- Your order might not have been completed correctly.
- There could have been a system error, and the confirmation was not sent.
If you have ruled out the first three points and still haven't received the confirmation, please contact our customer service.
Provide your email address, the name under which the order was completed, or your order number, and we will resend the order confirmation email after checking the status of your order.
